Mushroom Latte

Medicinal mushrooms have been used for centuries in different cultures around the world, with a proven benefit to our health. Including Chaga mushroom in our latte recipe was done with the intention to make it more functional for our body and brain, than just a regular coffee would. It’s emulsified with healthy fats that allow for the body to more efficiently utilize the caffeine without such a stress on the adrenals and without the crash. Maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla lend themselves to adding complexity and warming flavors to what’s a dynamic morning tonic that will quickly become a staple in your routine. Follow the recipe below and thank me later!

RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
8 oz
HOT COFFEE (I like mine from the french press)

2 oz almond or oat milk

1 tbs GRASS FED GHEE or COCONUT OIL (but ghee is better!)

2 tsp MAPLE SYRUP

1 tsp DUAL EXTRACTED CHAGA POWDER/UR FAV MUSHROOM POWDER  (Four sigmatic packets are great!)

½ tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of CINNAMON (OPTIONAL)

METHOD:
Add all ingredients to a high powered blender, mix on high for about 2 minutes. Blender bucket should feel warm & mixture should be frothy and foamy. Enjoy!

Enjoy!
