CARD OF THE MONTH: THE MAGICIAN

So here’s the deal, December won’t let you off the hook (and that’s okay)! This month of December is here to test our foundations––the roots of our expansion. Starting off the month with an eclipse in Sagittarius be prepared to clean house and get real. Platitudes and spiritual bypassing won’t keep you afloat anymore. AND yet who wants to be kept afloat if your raft is bringing you nowhere that matters. Even though you may be tested, the fruits of your labor will be plentiful so continue to show up with an open heart. If you’ve been manifesting something (love, money, etc.) get ready to be confronted with the work the reality of those dreams take. So you want a relationship, are you ready to be vulnerable, are you ready to cut out that toxic ex? Oh and before we forget, on Dec 20th our lovely planet Venus goes retrograde so get prepared to review the types of relationships you want to have and what commitments take precedence over others. Long story short: keep it real, be patient with yourself and others, progress not perfection, and give thanks because you’re def doing your best! By staying grounded and investing in what truly matters you will “pass” 2021 with flying colors!

RITUAL

12 days of gratitude. This month as a ritual you are going to show gratitude to yourself or another for 12 consecutive days (or more)! You may not be actually feeling appreciative and no toxic positivity here BUT what I have learned about gratitude is you can fake it till you make it. Thus, each day find a small gesture to say thank you. Be it making yourself a nice dinner or buying yourself something sweet, maybe you send a thank you note or text to someone you love, maybe you offer a hand to someone who has made a difference in your life. No pressure, this should be fun and allows you to change your mindset to look out for how you can show thanks. As you give, also stay open to receiving gifts and tokens of appreciation from the Universe—you might be pleasantly surprised!
