On this day we can feel how loved we are by the Divine, and also how loved everyone else is. See this pure Divinity in yourself, see your innocence, see your perfection— and then extend that vision to one another.

RITUAL

Sit comfortably at an altar or sacred space. Take a few moments to breathe and ground. Then connect with your own magical heart, feel it beating, feel it feeling, feel it loving. Then once your heart feels full, extend that love out around you to all your household, to your neighbors, to your whole street and town. Keep breathing and keep expanding. Once your heart has reached the edge of your city, bring your love to the whole state, the country and the world. Feel the capacity of your love to embrace the entire globe. Stay in that open space as you breathe and give thanks to all the hearts you know and love and all the ones you’re yet to meet. When you feel complete come back to yourself and feel how much love there is to share.
